I've joined your ranks.

For a million different reasons, my husband is amazing. In this post, I'm going to highlight one specific example.

He bought me a Kindle!!!

He had many reasons for doing this (celebrating my book release, concern for my health, bribing encouraging me) , but what it all boils down to is that he loves me. Aw. :)

So now, I am able read and review ebooks with ease. NetGalley is my new best friend. I'm able to enter giveaways for ebooks. When I go on a trip next week, I'll take my library with me! Seriously, this is the coolest thing ever. I spent hours getting to know my Kindle. My husband almost wished he hadn't given it to me. ;)

I feel so high tech and posh. I know ereaders are the future, but I still feel a little elite now that I have one.

In a twist of fated irony, The Gifted became available in Kindle version on the same day I received my Kindle.

I sold 4 Kindle version copies of The Gifted before it was fully live on Amazon. That made me feel pretty good. Anyway, you can now by The Gifted on Kindle here.

I'm currently working on putting The Gifted on B&N and Smashwords. So if you have a Nook or some other ereader device, hang tight. We're on our way. Pin It

I got a Kindle for Christmas. I haven't paid for a single book (I have taken extreme advantage of the freebies - some are not that great, but A LOT have been good.) Hooray that yours is available! I'm totally going to buy it.

Have so much fun with your Kindle. Totally awesome.

Congrats!!! What an awesome hubby! I'm still workin' my honey on the Nook. He visited B&N and played with it a bit, and he really likes it. My birthday's coming up, so who knows? Maybe I'll be jumping on the e-book wagon soon. :)

I want a Kindle SO badly! It seems like everyone I know has an e-reader of some sort! You are so lucky (I'm totally jealous).

Awesome gift! I'm working on getting an e-reader, but can't decide if I want the Kindle or Nook. It would be very handy to take my library with me when traveling!

In other news, my copy of The Gifted should be here today! WIN!

Congratulations on your Kindle!! I have a Nook and just love the ease of turning pages by a click of the button (great for late night reading!), and having lots of books on the reader without having to carry all those books around with me. Enjoy!!! P.S. thanks for the mention of netgalley! I just signed up :D

Congratulations on your book. I don't have a Kindle but am loving my iPad. I belong to netgalley too and it's so much fun.

Congrats on getting a Kindle and releasing your book on Kindle. I got my Kindle a couple months ago and LOVE it! I love not having to leave my couch or bed to buy a new book (and start reading it immediately).
